Ascendant accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

2. Condition of Goods: Returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Exclusions: Items marked Final Sale or purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping: Unless merchandise is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
